Financial & Legal Service Programs:

The Legal Clinic is accepting applications for reinstatement of suspended driver’s licenses.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee assistance. Staff will review your application and your BMV report to determine eligibility for the program.

For assistance in a pending eviction, please contact Legal Aid of Western Ohio at (888) 534-1432.

For assistance with criminal record sealing, applications may be submitted through the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Clinic.

Ohio Restoration of Rights and Record Relief

Participants will receive counseling specific to their individual needs in areas of credit repair, budgeting, pre- or post-purchase counseling or foreclosure prevention counseling and assistance.  As needed, participants may be referred to other organizations for down payment assistance, intensive credit repair assistance or legal assistance not offered in-house.  Counseling will be offered on an individual basis, with financial literacy workshops offered on an ongoing basis to further develop participants’ skill sets as they desire.

Down payment assistance and homebuyer counseling for prospective homeowners in the counties of Montgomery Greene, Darke, and Preble. The goal of the HAGP is to promote affordable housing opportunities and improve housing conditions for low-income families and individuals primarily through emergency home repair and limited down payment assistance.
