Miami Valley Community Action Partnership is part of a nationwide network of Community Action Agencies begun as part of The War on Poverty and dedicated to continuous improvement and the betterment of local communities.
Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.
Since MVCAP was created, we have acted as a provider for a wide range of public and private resources, programs and policies which give individuals the opportunity to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. We strive to help others to seek self-sufficiency through the pursuit of values, expectations and the development of responsibility.
