Food Assistance

Emergency food items are available in Darke and Preble counties at MVCAP offices.

Both the Darke County and Preble County offices are also distribution points for Shared Harvest’s Senior Commodity boxes. Boxes are available for income-eligible seniors, age 60 or older in the respective counties.

Clothing Assistance

Darke County only

The clothing bank is located in the basement of MVCAP’s Darke County office. Tax deductible donations are accepted and offered for resale.

Eligible residents can apply for a clothing voucher. The facility is also open to the public on Fridays from 12 to 3 p.m. Learn more by calling the Darke County office.
