This program covers: legal fees associated with maintaining a residence

The program does not cover: non-housing related legal costs.

Required Documentation

• Picture ID for all household members 18 and over (driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID, etc.)
• Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for all household members
• Verification of all household income for 30 days prior to application
• Child support documents if applicable
• Proof that child is in your household (letter from school showing child name/address, medical bill with child’s name/address, etc.).
• Attorney invoice
