This program covers: legal fees associated with maintaining a residence, restraining orders in domestic violence situations

The program does not cover: non-housing related legal costs.

Required Documentation

• ID for anyone over 18 in household (Government issued photo ID /Social Security Card)
• Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for all minors in household
• Verification of all household income for 30 days prior to application
• Child support documents if applicable
• Proof that child is in your household (letter from school showing child name/address, medical bill with child’s name/address, etc.).
• Attorney invoice
