Must have at least one minor under age 19 enrolled full-time in a K-12 school.

This program covers current school year fees (books, classes, sports, band, etc.), school clothing for child, and school supplies.

Online and home school students may only request public school sports fees. PRC pays the school invoice directly.

This program does not cover household items (towels, pots/pans, bedding, etc.) or baby items (diapers, formula, etc.).

Required Documentation

• Picture ID for all household members 18 and over (driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID, etc.)
• Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for all household members
• Verification of all household income for 30 days prior to application
• Child support documents if applicable
• Proof that child is in your household. Documentation must include the child’s name and the applicant’s address. Pregnant women should provide a doctor’s note. Only validated items – such as SNAP/Medicaid award letters, school correspondence, lease agreement listing children as occupants or medical/immunization records – will be accepted.
• Proof of enrollment for current school year. Neither a report card from the previous year or acceptance letters for next year are accepted.
• Invoice from school for fees if applicable
• Invoice for clothing such as uniforms if applicable
• Provide a print out or screenshot of your shopping cart showing each item’s quantity and price, as well as the final page showing the total item count and cost. You may shop at the retailer of your choice. You do not need to complete the purchase; we only require screenshots of the items you intend to buy if approved.
• Supply List for current grade level showing school name and current year.
