This program covers: Legal fees associated with maintaining a residence.

The program does not cover: Non-housing related legal costs.

Required Documentation

• Picture ID for all household members 18 and over (driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID)
• Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for all household members
• Verification of all household income for 30 days prior to application
• Child support documents if applicable
• Proof that child is in your household. Documentation must include the child’s name and the applicant’s address. Pregnant women should provide a doctor’s note. Only validated items – such as SNAP/Medicaid award letters, school correspondence, lease agreement listing children as occupants or medical/immunization records – will be accepted.
• Landlord will be required to provide attorney invoice for this service to be considered.
