Emergency Home Repair

The Emergency Home Repair Program provides home assistance up to $7,500 to income-eligible homeowners living in the city of Dayton for necessary repairs to make the house safe for living, or to improve energy efficiency. It covers upgrades for things like electrical wiring work, repairing or replacing a septic system, or energy saving upgrades like adding insulation or installing new storm windows. The Emergency Home Repair Program does not cover cosmetic work.
