focused on baseload electrical energy efficiency measures for eligible households.

Allen, Auglaize, Clark, Darke, Greene, Hardin, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble
Possible Services
Refrigerators and freezers are assessed and if found to be inefficient can be replaced.
Energy efficient lightbulbs and conservation education are also provided.
Eligibility
Customers of AEP, DP&L, Duke, First Energy: 175% of the Federal Poverty Level
Customers of AES: 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
