Oberer Partnership Expands
MVCAP’s partnership with Oberer Management Services will expand to include the agency’s properties in Preble County.
Oberer has provided onsite management at Fox Run Senior Apartments while also supporting the needs of tenants at Willow Place Apartments, both in Darke County. The new agreement also includes the two senior apartment complexes MVCAP sponsors in Preble County: Camden Commons and Eagle’s Nest.
“To manage these properties, you have to be attentive to the needs of the tenants, the maintenance needs and keep everything in compliance with federal and state regulations,” said President and CEO Erin Jeffries. “Oberer’s expertise and proven care are a great fit for all four properties.”
Full-time manager Mandi Mueller has been stationed at Fox Run with a team behind her to facilitate repairs, updates and resident needs. Mueller has also held a variety of social events for tenants that have been a well-received way to create community. Marion Upton, who previously served on the MVCAP team, will serve in a similar role at Camden Commons and Eagles Nest.
“This is great news for our tenants,” Jeffries said. “The care and service our Darke County tenants have received is a testament to the dedication we can expect in Preble County. We look forward to maintaining this partnership long-term.”
