If you are discouraged over a lack of computer skills, Community Action Partnership’s free Computer Learning Program can help. Classes cover all the basics from computer terminology and operating systems to using the Internet, sending e-mail, and creating and editing documents.
Classes meet for two hours three days a week for three weeks. Students may choose either morning (9-11 a.m.) or afternoon (1-3 p.m.) sessions.
Each month, classes will meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The monthly schedule is as followed:
April: 7-9, 14-16 and 21-23
May: 5-7, 12-14 and 19-21.
June: 2-4, 9-11 and 16-18.
September:8-10, 15-17 and 22-24.
October: 13-15, 20-22 and 27-29.
Nov. 3-5: 10-12 and 17-19.
January (2016): 12-14, 19-21 and 26-28
Classes meet in Community Action Partnership’s computer lab at 719 S. Main St. in Dayton.
