Through March 31, 2016, or until funds are depleted, the Winter Crisis Program will provide assistance to eligible households that are threatened with disconnection, have been disconnected or have less than a 25 percent supply of bulk fuel.
Eligibility is dependent upon the size of the household and the total gross income for either the past three or 12 months. Income eligibility for the Winter Crisis Program is 175 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. For a family of four, household income cannot exceed $42,437.50 a year. They must be on PIPP Plus or sign up for PIPP Plus or another payment plan.
